Very courteous and easy to work with. Another contractor involved was not. Dave was reassuring that he would work around the other party, even though I am sure it was inconvenient for him. Dave and his crew always showed up on time or early. If he said he would get back to me, he always did, promptly and when he said he would. I am having him do some other work for me this winter. His pricing was also competitive.
